I am glad you're here! I have a passion for helping people grow and navigate through the challenges life may present. I work primarily with teens, college students, young adults, and couples, treating a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, family conflict, life transitions, communication skills, stress management, panic, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, trauma, and more. I also am experienced in providing supervision for child visits. I currently am offering online services in the state of Florida. I offer limited in person sessions in the South Tampa area.
